More World Menu Changes?
Have Polish Ham and Polish Sausage gone the way of French Fries and French toast? Will they be joined with Spanish Rice and Spanish Olives as I supposed a few entries ago?
Poland's President feels they were mislead about Iraq's threats and now the Poles may want to pull their forces out early. That could leave us with “Patriot Ham” and “Patriot Sausage” on offer with those “Freedom Fries.”
This all puts me in mind of an Agatha Christie mystery Ten LIttle Indians also known as And Then There Were None. One by one, they “left” the party.
Don't get me wrong…I am not likening Iraq to a party. And there's no denying the hard work and danger that the troops are dealing with.
I don't happen to think they should have been there in the first place, but all things aside, this coalition seems to be falling apart faster than a shaky tower of blocks in a game of Jenga!
