In the How Stupid Can You Be Category...
Apparently a 23-year old Australian guy was growing marijuana in two rooms of his home in Torrensville, Adelaide. Seems four intruders broke into his house and stole the plants.
What's a guy to do? Let bygones be bygones? Run out to the local garden center and buy more potting soil to start a new batch? Consider himself lucky and turn over a new leaf — pun intended —and end his law-breaking ways?
Nooooooooo not this guy…nuh-uh. No, this genius called the police to report his cannabis plants were stolen.
So what'd the police do? Well, for starters, they arrested the 4 intruders for criminal trespassing. Next they arrested the Torrensville resident on drug charges.
DUH! Bet he's glad he made that call, eh?
