Another One for the How Stupid Can You Be Category...
This woman couldn't even buy a clue!
A woman was recently arrested in GA for trying to purchase $1,675.00 worth of merchandise from a Wal-Mart store by using a $1,000,000.00 bill.
She might have wanted to check out the US Treasury Department or US Mint websites first to see that a $1,000,000.00 bill is not part of our currency.
Some sharp-eyed register clerk knew that it was fake. Guess it's easier than spotting the counterfeit $20.00s, eh?
What I want to know is, even if a million dollar bill existed, what store is able to give you $998,375.00 in change back????
Geez, McDonald's won't even take bills over $50.00! Wal-Mart better look into that kind of policy. ;-)
