This Week's Featured Recipe - 4

I'll admit, I haven't actually tried this recipe yet so don't shoot the messenger if you beat me to it and it doesn't live up to expectations.

I love asparagus and it's on sale this week. I got my new Williams-Sonoma catalogue the other day and they had a recipe for Strata with Asparagus, Sausage, and Fontina that looked wonderful. It serves 12 so I think I'll halve the recipe and perhaps make it for Easter Morning.
